Q. How does it work?
A. A downloadable product (s) is automatically moved from the store server
computer to your computer.
Q. How soon can I get my
downloadable product (s)?
A. You can receive your purchase (s) immediately!
Q. How do I download my
purchase?
A. After completing the purchase using our secure ordering process, you will
be presented with an receipt on your screen, click on the title of the
downloadable product and you will begin the process of downloading to your
computer. But, don't worry if you miss this opportunity. You will also receive
an email receipt for your transaction which will have a download KEY.
Click on this key and the process of downloading will begin.
Q. What if I an not happy
with my downloadable purchase?
A. Just like all our high quality products, we have a 30 day money back
guarantee.
Q. How long do I have to
download my purchase?
A. 24 hours. Most people download them immediately using the onscreen
receipt you see upon the completion of your purchase.
Q. What if I don't get it
when I order and do not get back to it for several days?
A. Simply notify us via email and we will send you a new KEY or we will
send it to you as an email attachment.
Q. What about the cost of
Shipping?
A. Our downloadable products have NO SHIPPING costs, nor taxes, or
duties, etc. The price is what you see! No hidden costs and best of all
you can use them over and over as many times as you want. You truly own
them.
Q. Will these products work on my
computer?
A. Yes, the products that you want to modify such as forms, job
descriptions, templates, contracts, agreements, corporate articles, etc. can be opened in
any word processor and you can fill in the blanks, change the contents, add you
logo, etc. just like you would with any document.
Q. What about the products that
are not changeable?
A. Products such as stories, manuals, eBooks, etc. are in PDF
format and can be read with the FREE Adobe Reader available in the
FREE Products
department in our store. Products that are EXE files can be opened by
double clicking. ZIP or compressed files can be expanded using a program that
opens them. Click
WinZip80.exe to download. (Also available in the FREE Products department.)
XLS files are spreadsheets and can be read in MS Excel or any other spreadsheet
program.
